When you add a child to your account, their username and password are emailed to you. You can also see your child’s details on the portal. Your child can login to the app with their username and password.

Go to https://portal.townsquaredgame.com/home and log in with the email address you used to create your account and your password. If you forget your password, you can reset it on the login page.

All children start at the same difficulty level, which will feel very easy for some - but this is deliberate. Starting simple introduces the puzzle mechanics and maths concept to your child. As they play, the puzzles scale in complexity, adapting to the capability of your child.

Memberships

Go to https://portal.townsquaredgame.com/home and log in with the email address you used to create your account and your password. On the portal home page you can view your family’s maths engagement time. You can click on a child in the table below to dig deeper into where they’ve been spending their time, their progress, and links to relevant resources on the maths topic.

You can add up to four players to your family account, including yourself! Go to https://portal.townsquaredgame.com/home and log in with the email address you used to create your account and your password. You will see your family’s details at the top of the page and an “+ Add child” button if you have room available.

In the portal, click on the top right menu (your name) and select “My Account”. Here you can add or remove players on your account.

If you purchased your membership through the App Store, head to this article for steps: https://support.apple.com/en-au/118428
If you purchased your membership through our website via Stripe, you can go to https://portal.townsquaredgame.com/home and log in with the email address you used to create your account and your password. In the portal, click on the top right menu (your name) and select “My Account”. On this screen you will see a link to cancel your membership.
Your membership remains active until the payment period ends.
Your account will then return to the free tier. If you would like to change which player retains access while on the free tier, send us an email at support@playlunchgames.com and we’ll help you out.
Free accounts

In order to keep as much of our maths content available for free and the price of memberships low, we needed to limit our costs. Quests require the most bandwidth (and therefore server runtime costs) but are also a natural and contextually appropriate feature to limit in the game. We are determined to allow our maths content to be completely accessible for free and will continue to find ways to subsidise our costs and keep the lights on, without putting more financial pressure on families.

What’s to stop me opening multiple free accounts? Absolutely nothing. It’s a bit more account management on your side, but that’s it. If that approach fits your needs, go for it.
